Behind the lens of our case study videos

We recently worked with video production company Life Media UK to create a series of case study videos to support our marketing strategy.

We spoke with Sunjay Singh of Life Media UK about the creation process behind the videos and his experience of working with our team.

Life Media UK understood that it required their team to focus on two elements of the sales funnel; demand generation and lead generation in order to market a B2B service like ISO certification.

Video testimonials must highlight the benefits of ISO certification across different industries and business sizes, and how important it can be for business practices. We also needed to ensure that video testimonials engaged viewers with IMSM,to understand our path with each client through their ISO journey.

Both elements required Life Media UK to capture people who were right at the beginning of the ISO process, so they could present IMSM’s services as the perfect solution to a client’s business needs.
